"Reading Takes You Everywhere" is a program packed with magic and stories from around the world.  Magic from China, Japan, France, Germany, Egypt and America is featured during this fun, fantastical show.  Parents are welcome to attend.

Dunking for Diplomas

Third, fourth and fifth graders will have the opportunity to watch the CSU Men's and Women's Basketball teams play a scrimmage game followed by a Dunking Contest with the students.  It's $1 to participate and all proceeds go to support UNCF: A Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste.

The National Anthem will be performed by the Blanchard Owl Chorus!

We "Can" Do It!
The Student Government is sponsoring a canned food drive to support the Columbus Fire and EMS and help them get pediatric equipment. Bring your cans and other non-perishable foods to school. We are collecting until November 30th.  A graph displayed at the front of the school will show how much we collect!

Ronald McDonald House
We collect pop tabs for the Ronald McDonald House charity.  This is a great way for our students to learn empathy and caring, both IB attributes we want to encourage.  Students also learn the importance of recycling.
